All 5-days are spent at the 5-star+ Leopard Hills Safari Lodge, situated inside the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve. The Sabi Sands Game Reserve shares an unfenced border with the Kruger National Park so animals move freely between the two reserves.
Begin your journey in Johannesburg with a flight from OR Tambo International Airport to Skukuza Airport also known as the gateway to the Kruger National Park. You will be met and transferred to the Leopard Hills in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve.
After settling into your luxurious suite and a sumptuous lunch, you will gear up for your first of many adventures in the Sabi Sands. Darkness brings about a time of both danger and respite in the bush which allows you to possibly spot smaller carnivores like Genet or Civet not usually seen by day. This is also the time when most predators hunt so your evening game drive could potentially be the most exciting of all.
No dinner will ever be the same at Leopard Hills, from dining under the stars in the traditional boma to fine silver service dinners in the dining room, or out on the upper deck where a cool breeze is a welcome relief from the African heat. The perfect end to a wonderful safari experience
Enjoy rewarding game viewing on morning and afternoon drives as you explore this striking & dramatic wildlife reserve for the Big 5 and hosts of other classic African animals. The Sabi Sands is a private game reserve, which means morning & afternoon / late evening drives, guided bush walks and off-roading for up-close views of Sabi's legendary wildlife are just some of the advantages you will be privy to. Those with a passion for wildlife photography will be able to get various tips from their ranger on taking the perfect picture, while on their game drive or walking safari. The rangers are avid fans of photography and many of them have entered renowned international and local competitions
Relaxation is important between game drives, facilities at your lodge include luxury suites with their own sundeck & plunge pool, cool down on the open-air verandah with an ice-cold drink, or a refreshing swim in the main swimming pool. You can also treat yourself to a massage at the Spa.
This morning you will enjoy a final breakfast and the last game drive before you transfer to Skukuza Airport to catch a flight back to OR Tambo Airport for your outbound flight back home.

This is a fly-in package meaning you will travel BY AIR, departing from OR Tambo in Johannesburg and landing at Skukuza Airport.
From Skukuza Airport, you will have a 45-min road transfer to Leopard Hills, and be in the prestiguous Sabi Sands Game Reserve.
On your last day, you will be transferred back to Skukuza Airport where you will fly back to Johannesburg.
It is also possible to fly from Cape Town (instead of Johannesburg) at an additional fee.

Amazing tip from Jayson
A few years ago we had Jayson deal with a Safari tour we wanted arranged for our parents and so started our first contact with Safari.com and Jayson. Since our parents were so very pleased with their experience, we immediately thought of Jayson when my partner and myself stated planning a trip to Africa. Jayson remembered us from almost 4 years ago, which I think is rather outstanding. We booked a three night stay, on Jaysons recomendation, at the Wallow Lodge, which proved to be a wonerful experience. Apart from the lodge being everything you could possibly imagine, it was the staff that made our stay a wonderful experience. We would most certainly recommend the wallow Lodge should we hear of freinds wishing to visit the Victoria Falls. A superb experience
Dear Jayson, You are a star. The very professional pieces of advice and the optimal design of the schedule that turned our holidays into an extraordinary experience. Thank you so much! Leopard Hills are indeed the boutique luxury camp that you recommended. People there are incredible friendly and knowledgable. The guide was excellent. And the cook, she was a friendly star too. The flight connections went well, despite that rather long drive, and the very early morning start. Wake up calls at 4 AM should be forbidden :) Mauritius was great, Club Med The Plantation Albion was the perfect choice. (The other Club Med @ Cannonier we visited only and were glad we didn’t chose that one…) Thank you again for the superb organisation.

First organized trip to Africa.
Booking an entire trip is a new experience for us. Our first contact with Shamiel was pleasant and wanted to know what we wanted out of the entire experience. As the planning moved forward Shamiel brought in Jayson to assist. As they listened to what we wanted and our concerns they brought together a package for us. Both we always accessible and extremely interested to provide us with a great experience.

Anja is awesome!
Anja is awesome!! She went above and beyond for me as I had several changes until I locked in my bucket list itinerary and then my friend cancelled. She wasn't mad and just went about cancelling her portion which saved me money in the long run. Anja is a true professional regardless and I have been dealing with her since Sept 2023. Cannot wait until my trip in Sept 2024.

Shann was beyond amazing
Shann was beyond amazing. Listened to our needs, communicated super-efficiently and gave really honest excellent advice. She was so patient, kind and professional. The time difference across the globe made no difference. I am so excited for the itinerary she has put together. Great planning and service
Great planning and service, and everything worked like clockwork. We booked an Inyari Lodge safari with air with Safari.com. it wasn't clear if there will be 2 or three of us, so with Candis' help we booked a family chalet for 2 and added the third later when it was confirmed he can come. Candis put us on flights that maximized our game drive time (unlike some of the other guests) so we got all 6 drives in 3 nights. The lodge was great. Especially the game drives. We saw more than we hoped for. Additionally, Safari.com's insurance was very competitive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic travel agent for African safari family trip!
Wow! Shann was and is fantastic! She figured out a way to make our entire trip work. We are going on a 2 week trip to South Africa and Botswana. She really helped tie it all together as a wonderful, cohesive trip. She is super nice and super smart and very knowledgeable. She is also flexible and thoughtful, etc., etc. When the chips were down (and we literally were considering pulling the plug on the whole trip), she found a way to make the entire itinerary work and got us excited about our wonderful adventure!
